Fill out a PDF form online
Form fields work like a web page; on a flat PDF you click a line and just start typing.
How it works
- Drop your PDF form — fields (text, checkboxes, dropdowns) light up automatically.
- If the PDF has no fields, the tool detects fill-in lines and dotted blanks — click and type, the text size fits the gap.
- Download the filled, flattened PDF — entries are no longer editable.
Your file never leaves the browser
All processing happens locally, on your device. Neither the document nor its contents reach any server — which is why there are no accounts, queues or “secure cloud storage” here. There is nothing to store.
FAQ
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The whole process — opening, editing and saving the PDF — happens in your browser. Neither the document nor its contents ever reach a server; we only collect anonymous usage stats (operation type, file size).
My PDF has no interactive fields. Can I still fill it?
Yes. The tool detects visible lines, dots and underscores where data is usually written — click a highlighted spot and type. You can also add text anywhere else (right-click or the "Text" button).
Is such a signature legally valid?
The inserted signature is a simple electronic signature (SES) under eIDAS — sufficient for most B2B contracts, NDAs, consents and declarations. It does not replace a qualified signature where the law requires written form under pain of nullity.
Which files are supported?
Standard PDF files up to 10 MB. Password-protected documents and XFA forms (legacy Adobe tech) are not supported — you will see a clear message instead of a broken result.
