Short version: every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

How to get a refund

E-mail kontakt@docwand.app within 14 days of purchase, including the e-mail address used at checkout. No justification required. The refund is processed by our payment operator (merchant of record) to the original payment method — funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

What it covers

All licenses: day pass, monthly and lifetime. Once refunded, the license key is deactivated and the account returns to the free tier.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights, including those arising from digital content and services regulations. The EU ODR platform is also available for disputes.
